| Duties: | The Field Supervisor uses their knowledge of concrete forming to provide on-site instruction for EFCO customers in the assembly, application, and cycling of EFCO’s concrete forming systems. Traveling from site to site, the Field Supervisor answers questions on EFCO products, monitors their safe usage, troubleshoots problems, and compiles service reports. They are the hands-on expert at using EFCO’s concrete forming products. |
| Qualifications: | Successful Field Supervisors have come from carpentry, superintendents, construction management and other construction professions. Hands on experience with concrete forms a must. Experience with EFCO forms is a plus! Also required is the ability to read blueprints, a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to use assorted hand and power tools. Regular travel required. Physical requirements: Candidates must be able to drive for extended periods of time as well as sit/stand for unlimited intervals. Position includes constant climbing and maneuvering around objects including working above head. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. Final candidates will be required to pass a post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen. |
