EFCO Corp. an international manufacturing company seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer at our Des Moines, IA facility. |
| Duties: | This position determines time and procedures for the manufacturing of parts and assemblies, plans and oversees the utilization of production facilities and plans equipment workflow to maintain the safe and efficient utilization of plant facilities. This position works closely with other engineering disciplines with cost justification, budgeting, and the implementation of equipment to increase safety, quality, efficiency and volume. |
| Qualifications: | Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent, 5-10 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, and demonstrated experience working with mechanical and electrical systems. Candidates must have a working knowledge of Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), strong written and oral skills, and must be able to see projects through to completion working independently or within a group. Excellent leadership, problem solving, organizational and PC skills are required. |
