Description:

EFCO Corp., a leading manufacturer of forming systems used in concrete construction, has an immediate opening for a Territory Manager in the Saskatchewan territory.  This technical sales position offers established accounts within the heavy civil and commercial construction industry. It's an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that has been in business for over 70 years! In this position, you will work with our Airdrie, Alberta District Office team to develop leads, propose solutions, and manage relationships inside the concrete forming industry in the Seskatchawan territory.  Ultimately you will use your knowledge of construction to work with commercial treatment plant, and bridge contractors to evaluate both their vertical and horizontal form-work needs, and build sales in your territory.

 Training will require this individual to spend time in Airdrie as well as visiting our headquarters in the US - - Must be willing to do heavy overnight travel up front. 

Duties:•Developing long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations to maintain and grow sales in your territory. •Communicating with customers to discover their formwork needs. •Reading blueprints and performing take offs. •Providing Engineering with proper information concerning form requirements on a project, in order to develop the most efficient forming solution for a customer. •Coordinating shipments with distribution. •Conducting sales presentations. •Providing customers with superior service.
Qualifications:•Bachelors Degree/Equivalent experience •Mechanical aptitude and competitive nature •Technical Sales and/or Construction experience •Experience with Concrete Forms or selling Forwork desired •Ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs •Excellent communication skills •Willingness to travel
